Welcome to Log Emporium. There is something here for everyone.
During my several decades on this planet, I have had many roles. There are the familial roles of daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother. In the larger community I have been student, teacher, friend, board member, supervisor, program manager, helper and organizer. All of these roles have involved important relationships — including my relationship with myself.
Over the years I have come to learn how journaling can help me to be better at each of those roles. There are, of course, the daily or weekly planners that help me keep track of my appointments and obligations. Beyond that, journaling has helped me during times of struggle. Recording my dreams, thoughts, fears, and goals has helped me gain clarification when I felt lost. When I have struggled with health problems, keeping track of my activities and my consumption of food, water, and supplements has helped me to stay focused on my healing progress.
I opened the Log Emporium in the hope that I can encourage you to discover the great benefits of including journaling in your daily habits.
